2024 Nutrition Trade Application

— The 2024 Nutrition planning committee appreciates the support of private sector participants, in the form of sponsors or exhibitors, who assist with funds towards the planning and coordinating of the 2024 Nutrition Congress. However, it is the mandate of the 2024 Nutrition planning committee to ensure that all engagements with the private sector regarding funding are aligned with the principles of the hosts, NSSA & ADSA.

— The sponsorship sub-committee of the 2024 Nutrition Congress requires that all interested sponsors and exhibitors complete an online application survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather information to better understand the goals of our potential sponsors, to ensure that individual company objectives are aligned to the theme and relevance of the 2024 Nutrition Congress. The survey will also seek to determine key nutrition and marketing messages which companies would like to share if permitted to participate, and where necessary, request scientific substantiation for claims so that the credibility of the information shared at the 2024 Nutrition Congress can be upheld. Feedback from this survey will be used in screening criteria to determine suitability for companies to participate in the 2024 Nutrition Congress, and feedback as to whether the company is permitted to participate in the 2024 Nutrition Congress will be shared within 5 working days.

— Once the company’s permission to participate has been confirmed, they will be sent a link to complete an online booking form, securing the details or the sponsorship or exhibitor package.
