• All fees are invoiced and payable in the South African Rand (R / ZAR)
• Please ensure that during the online registration process you include full details required for the invoice/receipt (including VAT number if applicable)
• Full payment due within 5 days of invoice or from 27 August payment is due online immediately . The onus remains on the delegate to ensure that payment is made

Dietary Requirements

 • No pork or pork products will be used
 • All snacks served during the tea breaks will include 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan option

 • Lunch will be a buffet meal which will include vegetarian, vegan and meat options

 • Hotel is halaal friendly, should strictly halaal meals be required the hotel would need to outsource catering
   to a certified halaal caterer for all tea and lunch breaks
 • Should you require strictly halaal meals please contact registration@confpartner to pre-arrange this.  
 • If Halaal Friendly meals will suffice please select the appropriate option

• Any dietary requirements requested after 15 September 2024, we cannot guarantee as arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s

Terms and Conditions
Important Information: - Early registration closes 27 July 2024 - Registrations received from 27 August 2024 will be required to pay online per credit card (VISA/MasterCard) - The congress registration fee excludes your hotel accommodation and travel expenses. - Workshops / Masterclasses & Social Functions are an additional fee & pre-booking is essential, these fees are not included in the congress registration fee. - Important and necessary information is communicated to delegates before, during and after the Congress by either email and/or SMS. - We cannot guarantee special dietary requirements received after 15 September 2024 as arrangements are organized in advance with the venue/s. - Should one register, the registration produces an invoice for which fees are binding and not provisional. By registering, you confirm a commitment, registration is a binding invoice, not a quote or based on provision of a grant - Please view all terms, conditions and privacy policy on www.nutritioncongress.co.za Invoicing & Payment Process: - An invoice and banking details will be forwarded via a separate email once the online registration form has been completed and successfully submitted. - The invoice will indicate the Congress banking details for payment to be made by EFT. - Please state your invoice number as a reference when making payment to enable us to accurately reconcile your account. - Please forward proof of payment to: registration@confpartner.co.za  - We require full settlement before the event for all delegates, including last minute registrations. - The onus remains on the delegate to ensure that payment is made, and the delegate will be held liable for any outstanding fees   (Any legal costs incurred with outstanding payment follow up after the Congress has taken place will be for the delegates account) - Should payment not be effected before the event, kindly make provision for on-site credit card payment to be processed at the registration desk on the day.  - No payment no access. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner - Cancellations made until 19 July 2024 will be subject to: 25% admin fee - Cancellations made from 20 July 2024 will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty, and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable. - If you register after 19 July 2024, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect and will be enforced. - You have 48 hours within registering in order to cancel your registration for none of the above too apply. - In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.

- Once your payment is submitted, a confirmation screen will appear and the receipt emailed within 5-10 minutes.

- If you elect to pay on PAYGATE and your payment will not process: You will be redirected to the first page of registration.
- In this case, please elect "pay later" to receive your confirmation email & invoice, we can then send an alternative payment link (Yoco payments)
