Terms and Conditions
Important Information: • All congress updates will be available on the official congress website: www.saacapap.co.za • Early registration closes: 14 December 2023 • Late registration closes: 1 March 2024 • Registrations received from 12 February 2024 will be required to complete payment online to submit and confirmation registration (Visa / Mastercard or online EFT) • Important & necessary information is communicated by email (and/or SMS text message) • Should you require an Invitation Letter - Once registered, please can contact: Robin - registration@confpartner.co.za • Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated • Any dietary requirements requested after 22 February 2024, cannot be guaranteed - These arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s • The venue is not Halaal certified and thus strictly Halaal catering must be outsourced. • Please indicate if required on registration, this will be invoiced at an additional fee: R 350 per day for each congress day booked, R350 for the gala dinner and R350 for the welcome function • Registration fees includes: congress access, teas and lunches as part of the congress, bags, name tag, notepad & pen. • Registration fees excludes: Accommodation and travel expenses (including visas and insurance). • Workshops and social events are an extra cost and must be pre-booked in addition to your registration Invoicing and Payments" • Registration produces an invoice for which fees are binding and not provisional. • By registering, you confirm a commitment, registration is a binding invoice, not a quote or based on provision of a grant. By submitting registration, you accept liability for fees due. • It is the responsibility of the individual delegate registered to ensure that their registration is submitted correctly and in full and the host or organiser shall not be liable for any error, including but not limited to the booking of overlapping workshops and functions which take place at the same time. • The online registration system provides the option to have an invoice emailed to you for payment per electronic wire transfer / Bank Transfer. • The alternative is to online payment (VISA / Mastercard or online EFT). • Should you elect to receive an invoice, this will be emailed to you after registration is completed online. • The invoice will indicate the Conference banking details for payment to be made by EFT. • All payment must be made into the official congress account: First National Bank, Conference Partner (Pty) Ltd, Account Number: 62343356532 • Payment Reference: Please state your Invoice Number as a reference when making payment to enable us to reconcile your account. • Forward proof of payment to registration@confpartner.co.za • The onus remains on the delegate to ensure that payment is made, and the delegate will be held liable for any outstanding fees. • Any legal costs incurred with outstanding payment follow up after the Conference has taken place will be for the delegates account. • We require full settlement before the event for all delegates. No payment, no access. • Privacy Policy can be viewed on the congress website • Cancellations must be made in writing to a staff member at Conference Partner • Cancellations made until 14 December 2023 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee • Cancellations made from 15 December 2023 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable. • If you register after 14 December 2023, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect. • You have 48 hours from the time of registering to cancel your registration for none of the above to apply. • In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception
