NOTE:
• In order to complete registration for conference, immediate online payment is required (Visa / Mastercard / online EFT if paying from a South African Bank)

VISA LETTERS:
• Letters of invitation can only be issued once registration is finalised
• Please note: The conference organisers cannot apply for, nor issue any VISAs on delegates behalf.
Any applications & queries must be directed to the appropriate Government Department

CATERING NOTE:
• Halaal Friendly, Vegetarian catering is available. Venue is not Halaal certified.
• No Pork, Pork Products, Shellfish, Nuts or Alcohol will be used in any catering
• Of the 2 snacks served during the 2 tea breaks per day, at least one will be gluten free and all will be vegetarian

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS:
• An informal dinner will be held as part of the conference, please indicate during registration if you will attend

WORKSHOPS:
• Workshops will be hosted as part of the Conference, please indicate during registration if you will attend

MEET THE EXPERT LUNCH TABLES:
• Meet the expert lunch sessions will be hosted, please select three options during registration if you would like to attend

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Registration fees includes access to conference teas & lunches, notepad, pen & bag
• Registration fees excludes accommodation, travel expenses
• Any dietary requirements requested after 1 August 2025 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception
• Cancellations made until 30 April 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 1 May 2025 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
• If you register after 1 May 2025, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies

Important Information:
•  Please select payment method and then proceed to complete online payment in order to finalise this registration
• Note, the online payment system will direct you to Paygate Payments which allows for VISA & Mastercard payment or an online instant EFT
• Once you have submitted payment, you will be directed to a confirmation page and confirmation or registration email will be sent within 10 minutes (check spam / junk)
• The receipt from Paygate will note at the top of the email & subject that this is a Payment Confirmation for Conference Partner Pty Ltd
• Note: If you make payment per Paygate, then the final screen for online registration will be a Thank You Page and then a Confirmation email will be sent within 10 minutes.
•  IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not see the Thank You Page and receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, then your registration did not submit

NOTE: Steps if your payment will not process through Paygate Online Payments:
• Payments done via Paygate may require additional authentication to release your payment, this may be a security measure from your bank.
    Banks may apply this step as part of extra security settings on international payments. This is not very common, but can occur.

• If your card will not process the Paygate Payment after trying this option twice, then please rather take the following two steps:
     1. Select the Payment Method: “I would like to pay via an Alternative Online Payment System”
     2. Then click "Submit Registration"
     • Your registration will then submit and you will receive a registration confirmation.
    • Thereafter, Robin will send another email to provide a personalised payment link via Yoco Payments which allows immediate Card payment
