With regards to Medtech compliance, we submitted the VASSA Congress and were advised that the congress is out of scope, per below. 
As this event will be attended by local participants only, it qualifies as a national event and does not fall in the scope of CVS. Therefore, no CVS decision will be rendered on this Event.
We would like to inform you that such event is not eligible to be assessed under the current rules. Therefore, we will not review the Event and we will publish the final status of the Event on the official calendar as NOT ASSESSED / OUT OF SCOPE.

The exhibition will open at the first tea break | 18 October 2024 (exact time TBC)
The Welcome Function will take place in the exhibition venue at 18h30 | 18 October 2024

Build up date: 
17 October 2024 (09h00 – 19h00) - Build up needs to be completed by 19h00 to allow cleaning to take place thereafter 

Breakdown date:
20 October 2024 after the afternoon tea (Approximately 15h30)

Stand Cost: 
3m x 2m floor space
•  R40 000 for Corporate members
•  R51 000 for Non Corporate Members.

Please note: When booking your stand online you will automatically be invoiced at the Corporate Members rate.
Invoices are automatically generated upon booking your stand and will be emailed to you via the online booking system.
Please check your spam account should you not receive the invoice.
Non corporate members will be re-invoiced and the invoice will be emailed to you.

Stand Information: 
– 3m x 2m 
– Included:
   • plugpoint
   • table, tablecloth (black) & two chairs
   • two (2) exhibitor congress registration
– Excluded:
   • welcome cocktail & gala dinner tickets (The welcome function will take place in the exhibition venue) 
   • shell scheme
– Height restriction 2.95 meters 
– It is important to ensure that the back and sides of the stand is very neat (white backing or board). 
    • This is a congress requirement. 
– The venue is carpeted.

Terms and Conditions: 
50% deposit to be paid within 30 days to secure the exhibition and / or sponsorship booking.
Exhibition and / or Sponsorship amount must be paid for in FULL by 01 July 2024.

Date of booking – 29 February 2024:             5% admin fee
01 March 2024 – 30 June 2024:                     50% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package
01 July 2024 Onwards:                                   100% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package

Cancellation clauses will apply, whether payment has been received or not.
Once an exhibition / sponsorship package has been invoiced the booking will then be considered binding and not provisional.
Cancellations need to be acknowledged in writing by a conference|partner staff member in order to be valid.
