DATES:

• Early registration closes: 27 July 2024

• Registrations received from 27 August 2024 will be required to complete payment online (VISA / Mastercard / online EFT)

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Any dietary requirements requested after 15 September 2024, we cannot guarantee as arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s
• Registration fees includes: Access to congress, teas & lunches at congress, the opening / welcome ceremony, notepad & pen, congress bag

• Registration fees excludes: Accommodation and travel expenses.

• Workshops and social functions are an additional cost and must be pre-booked.

• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message

GROUP REGISTRATIONS:

• A discount will apply when registering groups of 5 or more
• A 50% discount will apply for every fifth delegate registration fee (excluding functions & workshops)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 19 July 2024 will be subject to: 25% admin fee
• Cancellations made from 20 July 2024 will be subject to a 100% penalty, and will not qualify for any refund, the delegate fee will remain due in full.
• If you register after 19 July 2024, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect and will be enforced.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your registration, the above penalty will not apply
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.
