Please note: Sessions will continue after the lunch break, we therefor request that custom stands are only broken down after congress closure @ 15h30 due to noise levels

Stand Information:
- 3m x 3m (R30 000.00) & 3m x 2m (R25 000.00) options
3m x 3m stands: 1 - 6 & 15 - 19
3m x 2m stands: 7 - 14
- Included: plugpoint
                  table, tablecloth & two chairs
                  two (2) exhibitor congress registrations
                  two (2) tickets to the welcome function 
- Excluded: gala dinner tickets

- Height restriction - 2.8m (Note - there are chandeliers throughout the venue - it is important that this height restriction is adhered too) 
- It is important to ensure that the back and sides of the stand is very neat (white backing or board). 
         *  This is a congress requirement. 
- The venue is carpeted.

- All stand catering needs to be preapproved by the venue. 
    • Kindly contact Zama Zama.Khumalo2@southernsun.com with an overview of the catering plans for your stand by 2 September 2024. 
- All custom stand drawings are required to be sent to the Elangeni for approval
   • Please send stand drawings to Zama Zama.Khumalo2@southernsun.com by 2 September 2024 latest. 

Stand Builder note:
Stand Builders to offload at the back of the hotel (Playfair Road, North Beach), there will be a security personnel directing and showing them the service lift.
The service lift needs to be used for moving any materials to / from the venue. 

Insurance:
Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all Materials/equipment used. 
The venue, organizers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred.

Health & Safety: 
Exhibition stand builders must produce a safety file & wiring certificate for any electrical work done.
