• Due to venue capacity, registration is limited and we suggest delegates register as soon as possible
• Due to venue capacity, gala dinner bookings are limited
DATES:
• Early registration closes on 3 July 2024
• Registrations received from 20 August 2024 will be required to complete immediate online payment in order to submit registration (Visa / Mastercard / online EFT)
PLEASE NOTE:
• All fees are payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)
• Any dietary requirements requested after 20 August 2024 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues
• Registration fees includes access to conference teas & lunches, notepad, pen & bag
• Workshops and social functions are an additional cost and must be pre-booked and numbers may be limited, including limits on the Gala Dinner.
• Registration fees excludes accommodation and travel expenses
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 3 July 2024 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 4 July 2024 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
• If you register after 3 July, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception
