Registration Information:
• All fees are invoiced and payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)
• Registration fees includes access to Symposium teas & lunches, notepad, pen & bag
• Workshops are an additional cost and must be pre-booked
• Registration fees excludes accommodation and travel expenses
• Early registration closes on 30 April 2025
• Any dietary requirements requested after 30 May 2025 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message
• Any changes made to registration must be done in writing, telephonic requests cannot be accommodated

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 30 April 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 1 May 2025 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
• If you register after 30 April 2025, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception
