• Registrations received from: 12 May 2023 will be required to complete payment online per credit card

• Any special dietary requirements requested after: 12 May 2023, we cannot guarantee as these arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s

• Registration fees excludes: social events & workshops to be pre-booked, accommodation & travel expenses

Event Details:

• INORMS 2023 will be held as an in-person event only; an online option is not planned.

• Due to venue restrictions the congress limit is 500 and we recommend registering as soon as possible.
• All fees are invoiced and payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)

    
Catering:
• The Elangeni Hotel is not Halaal certified; however meat is purchased from a Halaal butcher.  
• Strictly Halaal meals can be ordered in for guests from a certified Halaal caterer, which would be added to the registration fees.

Terms and Conditions:
• Full payment due by 10 May 2023

• The South African Government updated its COVID-19 guidelines during June 2022, and the INORMS Committee have adapted accordingly

• Delegates travelling to South Africa do not have to submit vaccination certificates nor negative PCR tests and mask are not mandatory
• The organising committee will continue to follow developments and adapt as per government restrictions and inform attendees
• Closer to the congress, the South African government expectations and rules will be shared as they evolve. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed.

• All registrations to be submitted online. Please note times and dates for workshops and functions when bookings as some may overlap
  (e.g morning workshops and network event 1 overlap / take plave at the same time)

• Registration fee exclude travel and accommodation expenses and includes:  congress access, teas and lunches, congress bags, nametag, notepad & pen.

• Workshops and social events are an extra cost and must be pre-booked.
• Strictly Halaal catering is an additional costs and where required, must be pre-booked with registration

• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to a staff member at Conference Partner

• Cancellations made until 30 June 2022 will not be subject to a cancellation fee

• Cancellations made 1 July – 30 August 2022 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee

• Cancellations made 1 September – 30 November 2022 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee

• Cancellations made from 1 December 2022 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee 
  and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, delegate fee will remain due and payable.

• If you register after 30 November 2022, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect and will be enforced.

• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due - no exceptions
