Registration Information:


• Registrations received from Monday, 19 June 2023 will be required to complete payment online per Card (VISA / MasterCard or Online EFT)
• Any dietary requirements requested after 16 June 2023, cannot be guaranteed -
  These arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s

• Important & necessary information is communicated by email (and/or SMS text message)
• Should you require an Invitation Letter - Once registered, please can contact: registration@confpartner.co.za  

• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated
• Registration fees includes: Symposium access, teas and lunches as part of the Symposium, bags, name tag, notepad & pen.

• Registration fees excludes: Accommodation and travel expenses.
• Workshops and social events must be pre-booked during online registration.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to a staff member at Conference Partner 
• Cancellations made until 31 January 2023 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 1 February 2023 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
  and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.
• If you register after 31 January 2023, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect.

• You have 48 hours from the time of registering in order to cancel your registration for none of the above to apply.
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception
