Stand Cost:
3m x 2m Floorspace @ R29 500
Stands 1 – 15 are situated in the Gala Venue where all catering will take place.
Stands 16 – 19 are situated in the Foyer Area, outside the session venue.

INCLUDES a plugpoint, table & 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor registrations, all teas & lunches for 2 exhibitors.

  • The allocated floorspace is 3x2m
  • Banners only (stretch / pull up | maximum 2m in height), no custom stands, furniture or catering
  • Television / screen permitted
  • Small display unit allowed for surgical equipment (to be placed within allocated exhibition space) 

Insurance:
Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all materials/equipment used.
The venue, organizers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred.

Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit to be paid within 30 days to secure the exhibition and / or sponsorship booking
Exhibition and / or Sponsorship amount must be paid for in FULL by 31 January 2023
Cancellations MUST be in writing to Kim Upton – kim@confpartner.co.za 

Cancellation Fees:
Until 30 November 2022: No cancellation Fee
1 December 2022 – 31 January 2023: 50% Fee of exhibition and / or sponsorship cost
1 February 2023 Onwards: 100% Fee of exhibition and / or sponsorship cost
Cancellation clauses will apply to exhibition stands and sponsorships booked and invoiced, whether payment has been received or not.
An exhibition booking made online is binding not provisional.
Cancellation needs to be acknowledged in writing by a conference|partner staff member in order to be valid.
