Important Information: • Early registration closes on 2 July 2025 • Registrations received from 25 August 2025 will be required to complete immediate online payment in order to submit registration (Visa / Mastercard / online EFT) Please Note: • All fees are payable in the South African Rand (ZAR) • Any dietary requirements requested after 25 August 2025 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues • Registration fees includes access to conference teas & lunches, notepad, pen & bag • Registration fees excludes accommodation and travel expenses • Workshops and social functions are an additional cost and must be pre-booked and numbers may be limited • Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message • Should you require an invitation letter, once registered, please can contact: registration@confpartner.co.za Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner • Cancellations made until 2 July 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee • Cancellations made from 3 July 2025 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund • If you register after 3 July 2025, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies • In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception Registration Queries: • Please contact: registration@confpartner.co.za
