  The exhibition booking link & sponsorship brochure will be sent to the Platinum Corporate Members on the 16th January 2025, followed by Corporate Members 20th January 2025. Bookings will be open to all companies from the 27th January 2025 via the congress website.

  Exhibition Dates:

The exhibition will open at the Lunch Break | 16 October 2025 
The Welcome Function will take place in the exhibition venue at 17h30 | 16 October 2025

  Buildup date: 
15th October 2025 (09h00 – 20h00) - Build up needs to be completed by 20h00 to allow cleaning to take place thereafter 

  Breakdown date:

18 October 2025 after the Afternoon Beak

  Stand Cost: 
3m x 2m floor space
•  R42 000 for Corporate members
•  R53 000 for Non Corporate Members.

Please note: When booking your stand online you will automatically be invoiced at the Corporate Members rate.
Invoices are automatically generated upon booking your stand and will be emailed to you via the online booking system.
Please check your spam account should you not receive the invoice.
Non corporate members will be re-invoiced and the invoice will be emailed to you.

  Height restriction 3 meters 
  It is important to ensure that the back and sides of the stand is very neat (white backing or board). 
     This is a congress requirement. 
  The venue is carpeted.

  Terms and Conditions: 
50% deposit to be paid within 30 days to secure the exhibition and / or sponsorship booking.
Exhibition and / or Sponsorship amount must be paid for in FULL by 01 July 2025.

  Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation Fees:
Date of booking – 29 February 2025: 5% admin fee
01 March 2025 – 30 June 2025: 50% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package
01 July 2025 Onwards:100% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package

Cancellation clauses will apply, whether payment has been received or not.
Once an exhibition / sponsorship package has been invoiced the booking will then be considered binding and not provisional.
Cancellations need to be acknowledged in writing by a conference|partner staff member in order to be valid.
