IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• In order to submit registration, payment must be completed online immediately (visa/mastercard or online eft)
• All fees are payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)
• Registration fees excludes accommodation and travel expenses
• Any dietary requirements requested after 25 June 2025 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 24 April 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 25 April 2025 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
• If you register after 25 April 2025, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception
