—  Late registration closes: 13 July 2026

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
—  All fees are invoiced and  payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)
— 
Registrations received from 7 July 2026 will be required to complete immediate online payment to submit registration
—  Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message
—  Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated
—  Registration fees includes access to all course sessions, course materials, teas & lunches during the course

—  Registration fees excludes travel expenses such as flights, transport, accommodation and meals not part of the course
—  Dietary requirements requested after 1 July 2026 cannot be guaranteed

CANCELLATION POLICY:
—  Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
—  Cancellations made until 15 May 2026 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
—  Cancellations made from 16 April 2026 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
—  If you register after 15 May 2026, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies
—  In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception

  LIABILITY:
The Course Organisers have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the Course, including accommodation.  In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Course Organisers nor the Society can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates.  The course organisers act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors.  Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public.  Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.  The course organisers reserve the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned.  All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.
