• Registrations received from 30 September 2026 will be required to complete immediate online payment to submit registration
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message
• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated
• Registration fees includes access to all congress sessions, congress materials, teas & lunches during the congress
• Registration fees excludes travel expenses such as flights, transport, accommodation and meals not part of the congress
• Registration fees excludes workshops and social functions, which are an additional cost and must be pre-booked
• Dietary requirements requested after 22 September 2026, cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s
• Letters of invitation can be requested during online registration & can only be provided to registered delegates
FEES:
• To qualify for Member rates, you must be a paid-up member of ADSA or NSSA
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 12 August 2026 will be subject to a 25% admin fee
• Cancellations made from 13 August 2026 will be subject to a 100% penalty, and will not qualify for a refund, the delegate fee will remain due in full
• If you register after 12 August 2026, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will remain in full effect and will be enforced
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, the full payment will remain due and payable – without exception

The Congress Organisers have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the Congress, including accommodation. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Congress Organisers nor the Society can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The Congress organisers act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Congress organisers reserve the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.
