• Registrations received from 14 August 2026 will be required to complete immediate online payment in order to submit registration

• All fees are payable in the South African Rand (ZAR)
• Registration fees includes access to all congress sessions, congress materials, teas & lunches during the congress
• Registration fees excludes accommodation, travel expenses and social functions
• Social functions are an additional cost and must be pre-booked
• Any dietary requirements requested after 7 August 2026 cannot be guaranteed as arrangements are organised in advance with the venues
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to staff at conference partner
• Cancellations made until 21 June 2026 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 22 June 2026 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and will not qualify for a refund
• If you register after 21 June 2026, fees will be due in full and the above cancellation penalty applies
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due, without exception

In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the conference Organisers nor the Society can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The conference organisers act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law
