The Welcome Function will take place in the exhibition venue | 21 August 2026
— Buildup date:
20 August 2026 (09h00 – 20h00) - Build up needs to be completed by 20h00 to allow cleaning to take place thereafter
— Breakdown date:
23 August 2026 breakdown to take place from 13h00 after the Congress ends.
A tea / coffee break will take place at approximately 11am, a lunch break will not take place.
Stands may only be broken down after the congress ends due noise interruptions as the session venue is next to the exhibition venue
— Stand Cost:
3m x 2m floor space
• R45 000 for Corporate members
• R65 000 for Non Corporate Members.
Invoices are automatically generated upon booking your stand and will be emailed to you via the online booking system.
Please check your spam account should you not receive the invoice.

— It is important to ensure that the back and sides of the stand is very neat (white backing or board).
• This is a congress requirement.

— Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit to be paid within 30 days to secure the exhibition and / or sponsorship booking.
Exhibition and / or Sponsorship amount must be paid for in FULL by 01 May 2026

Date of booking – 28 February 2026: 5% admin fee
01 March 2026 – 30 April 2026: 50% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package
01 May 2026 Onwards:100% will be due of total exhibition / sponsorship package
Cancellation clauses will apply, whether payment has been received or not.
Once an exhibition / sponsorship package has been invoiced the booking will then be considered binding and not provisional.
Cancellations need to be acknowledged in writing by a conference|partner staff member in order to be valid.
