Cost: R32 000 | 3m x 2m OR R42 000 | 4m x 2m
- Included: plugpoint
                  table, tablecloth & two chairs
                  two (2) exhibitor congress registrations
- Excluded: gala dinner tickets
                   shell scheme
- Height restriction - 2.4m 
- It is important to ensure that the back and sides of the stand is very neat (white backing or board). 
         *  This is a congress requirement. 
- The venue is carpeted. 

 Venue Requirements:

 Insurance:
Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all Materials/equipment used. 

The venue, organizers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred.

 Health & Safety: 
Exhibition stand builders must produce a safety file & wiring certificate for any electrical work done.
