Stand Cost: 
3m x 2m Floorspace @ R 28 000
INCLUDES a plugpoint, 2 exhibitor registrations, all teas & lunches for 2 exhibitors, trestle table & 2 chairs.
Please note: Pull up / stretch banners only, no custom stands. All exhibition tables will be placed in the venues foyer area with equal visibility and exposure. Teas will be served in the foyer area, lunches will be served in the restaurant
EXCLUDES: Gala dinner which must be booked separately 
An exhibitor registration fee will be charged for companies that have more than 2 members per stands booked. 

Terms and Conditions: 
Exhibition space must be paid for in FULL by 30 September 2025
50% deposit secures your booking, to be paid within 30 days of booking.
Cancellations MUST be in writing to Kim Upton – kim@confpartner.co.za

 Cancellation Fees:
 Until 30 September 2025:  50% of the cost of the exhibition space and / or sponsorship
 01 October 2025 Onwards:  100% of the cost of the exhibition space and / or sponsorship
 Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not. 
 Once invoiced, bookings are binding not provisional.
 Cancellations needs to be acknowledged in writing by a conference | partner staff member in order to be    valid, telephonic cancellations are not accepted 

 Insurance: 
 Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all Materials/equipment used.
 The venue, organizers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred.
