IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Early registration closes: 4 December 2025
• Note: Registrations received from 1 March 2026 will be required to complete payment online to submit & confirm registration (VISA / MasterCard or Online EFT)
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email (and/or SMS text message)
• Should you require an Invitation Letter - Once registered, please contact: registration@confpartner.co.za
• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated
• Any dietary requirements requested after 1 March 2026, cannot be guaranteed as these arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s
INCLUSIONS:
• Registration fees includes: congress access, teas and lunches as part of the congress, bags, name tag, notepad & pen.
• Registration fees excludes: Accommodation and travel expenses.
• Workshops and social events are an extra cost and must be pre-booked in addition to your registration
FEES:
— To qualify for member rates, you must be a paid up member of: SA-ACAPAP, SAISI or PANDA-SA
CANCELLATIONS:
• Cancellations must be made in writing to a staff member at Conference Partner
• Cancellations made until 4 December 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 5 December 2025 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
• and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.
• If you register after 5 December 2025, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect.
• You have 48 hours from the time of registering to cancel your registration for none of the above to apply.
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception
